Kurt Adler makes all kinds of blue and white delft ornaments. They come in sets of two or three. They are made of white porcelain with hand-painted cobalt blue under-glaze designs.

About Kurt Adler

Kurt Stephan Adler was born June 19, 1921, in Würzburg, Bavaria, Germany. He and his family were Jewish. They fled Germany and were able to move to Manhattan when Kurt was 13. He worked at various jobs until he served as a shipping clerk in the United States Army during World War II. Following the war he first started exporting, then importing an assortment of products. By the 1950s, he started specializing in ornaments. Since Kurt Adler’s death December 4, 2004, the company has been run by his children and grandchildren.
