First tape across the top of your container so you create a grid to hold the foliage in. Then fill up the vase with water mixed with flower food.

There are two layers grid to keep your stems where you put them.

It works with natural flowers or silk or paper stems. You can use two or more to fill large containers.

Once you have the shape, continue to fill in with more flowers.

The framework holds the flowers securely in place. It can be used over and over to make amazing-looking arrangements.

This shows a very simple arrangement using the pillow and just roses in a clear glass compote. The pillow creates the shape and holds the roses.

Even in clear glass, the framework of the pillow cage virtually disappears.

This is another arrangement using the pillow to hold a variety of colors and shapes.
